FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: osteosynthesis of epicondyle fragments is performed using two elastic rods with screw thread at ends, which pass along the walls of canal and guide screw. Rods are tightened by screw and pressed to the canal's wall. Compression of condylar fragments is produced with locknuts at ends of rods. EFFECT: increased treatment efficiency. |
