Base is made of biological polymer, for example, of wax, and biologically active component is made in form of metal suspension, spread in carrying base, which has variable valency at ionized high-spin condition. As metals iron, copper and magnesium may be used. Moreover, some other metal may be introduced into the applicator, for example, zinc, lithium, vanadium or aluminium.
