FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, butter churns. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has technological container and container cooling and/or heating, and/or washing device. Technological container used for butter churning is chosen on the base of such parameters as optimum ratio of minimum and maximum section areas of container, maximum axial size and minimum cross section size as well as drive reducer transmission ratio values. Apparatus has base with supports. Container has mixing members, drive with control panel and container safety member pivotally secured on supports and connected with electromechanical protection unit.
