The connector has two passages (8, 10) crossing below a floor pan (6) of a motor vehicle and connected to a clamping plate (2) that is made of aluminum and placed in a through hole (4) crossing the floor pan. An insulating material block i.e. dampening material block (12), is arranged around an upper part (14) of the plate. A closure plate (16) maintaining the block is fixed above the plate and above the block. An intermediate plate (20) has a central part (22) inserted in the block, and is fixed by lug studs on the floor pan of the vehicle.
