发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING PARAMETERS OF CONTACT SYSTEM WIRES FROM RUNNING VEHICLE
摘要 FIELD: electrified railway transport; measuring facilities; automatic control of contact system parameters. SUBSTANCE: used in this method is infra-red imager with parameter recorder, and infra-red radiator 1 mounted on vehicle roof so that infra-red rays 2 getting on lower portion of surface of contact wire 4 reflect from surface and spot 3 gets in viewing field 5 of imager 6 installed in observation tower of vehicle 7. Height of contact wire (coordinate Y), lateral stagger in contact wire (coordinate X) and other parameters of contact wire are judged basing on position of infra-red rays spot on imager video frame. To obtain Cartesian system of coordinates in infra-red imager viewing field used is method of creating coordinate grid of 625 video frame lines. By means of counters twenty four bare are separated on imager viewing field which are, in their turn, divided into twenty four parts each to form coordinate grid with sides of division 24x24. Such division is determined by the fact that contact wire of railway contact system changes its position (height) relative to rail head within 5600 mm - (minimum height) and 6900 mm (maximum height) and value of lateral stagger in contact wire system, with due account of deviation in curved sections, changes within ± 600 mm. Accuracy measurement of contact wire lateral stagger and height should be not less than 50 mm. i.e. measurements should be taken in spatial square with sides 1200x1200 mm at discrete accuracy not less than 50 mm. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of contact system, safety of tester car personnel, higher accuracy and increased speed of measurement. 4 dwg
