<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a cable from being returned due to reverse rotation of a roller by providing an energizing means being entrained about a cam lever and a frame in order to rotate the cam lever in the engaging direction, and fixing the cam lever with a rope means for turning the cam lever to a disengaging position. CONSTITUTION: The shaft 20 of a receiving roller 41 is fixed integrally with an elevating/lowering frame 43 provided with a saw-tooth engaging part 44 on the side thereof. The engaging part 44 of the frame 43 is then engaged with a click part 45 thus regulating the lowering of the frame 43 by means of a cam lever 46. The cam lever 46 is regulated by stretching a spring 47 between the cam lever 46 and the frame 43 thereby turning the cam lever 46 in the engaging direction. Furthermore, the cam lever 46 is fixed with a disengaging rope 48 for turning the cam lever 46 to a disengaging position. With such structure, a cable is prevented from returning due to reverse rotation of the receiving roller 41 and the slack of cable can be prevented from increasing between the spans.</p> |
