<p>PURPOSE: To measure and record trial machining and actual machining distinctively by recording current machining as the actual machining when current machining conditions are the same as last machining conditions or as the trial machining when not. CONSTITUTION: To record the operation state when a press brake performs continuous machining under the control of the NC device 27 according to a machining program, the machining conditions of a work which are used for the last machining are stored in a memory 37. Then a comparative judgement part 35 judges whether or not the machining conditions of the work used for the current machining are the same as the machining conditions of the last machined work. Further, a recording part 39 records the current machining as the actual machining when the current machining conditions are the same as the last machining conditions. When not, a recording part 39 records the current machining as the test machining. Consequently, the trial machining and actual machining can be measured and recorded distinctively.</p> |
