PURPOSE: To manufacture safely and economically a polycarbonate film of superior transparency and the like without the generation of chemical change of a solvent to be used. CONSTITUTION: In the process of casting a dope on a substrate to manufacture a film, the solvent composed of dioxolane as a main component is used, and the cast dope is dried in an active gas atmosphere, and the inactive gas containing the solvent exhausted out of the atmosphere is guided into a cooled condenser, and the solvent is condensed in the inactive gas atmosphere and recovered. |
