PURPOSE: To provide a vibrating gyro in which unnecessary vibration is not detected in the state that an angular velocity is not applied to a vibrator. CONSTITUTION: The vibrating gyro comprises at least a vibrating gyro body having displacement detecting electro-mechanical energy transducers 7, 8 which excite the vibration of exciting mode at a vibrator by inputting an exciting signal VIN to exciting means 6 and outputs the vibration of a detecting mode by the displacement of the vibrator based on an angular velocity in a reverse phase state, and subtracting means 13 for subtracting two signals of reverse phases detected by the transducers 7, 8. The gyro further comprises a signal processing means for outputting the detecting signal of the angular velocity component based on the signal fed via the means 13, and an unnecessary vibration removing mean 11 for superposing signals adjustable in the phases on the transducers 7, 8. |
