<p>PURPOSE: To quickly and easily carry out the work for fitting an insole to a last in the manufacturing process of a shoe, and also to provide the manufacture of the insole and the shoe in which the application of an adhesive to the insole can be dispensed with. CONSTITUTION: Pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tapes 23, 24 capable of being separated from a last 31 are provided on the fitting surface of the insole 21 of a shoe to be fitted to the pattern 31. The insole 21 is separably stuck on the bottom part of the last 31 through the adhesive double coated tapes 23, 24 and after the instep leather of a shoe has been put on the last 31 for carrying out hanging work, the insole 21 is separated from the last 31, and the instep leather and the insole 21 that have been sewn together are removed, and then an inner liner is inserted into the inside of the instep leather and the insole 21, and the inner liner is bonded by utilizing the adhesive double coated tapes 23, 24 that have been remained on the upper surface of the insole 21. In stead of the adhesive double coated tapes 23, 24, an adhesive layer having such an adhesive force that can be separable from the last 31 may be provided.</p> |
