<p>PURPOSE: To vary the type of blanks with a front piece and a rear piece by superposing the front piece and rear piece consisting of resin films on each other and melt-sticking one end part of the superposed parts to form tag parts. CONSTITUTION: The front piece and rear piece consisting of the transparent resin films are superposed on each other. The end parts and the side slightly inner than this part are melt-stuck by heat or ultrasonic waves to form the tag parts. The production is executed by a method of superposing the first and second transparent resin films 41, 42 to be formed as the front piece and the rear piece on each other, transporting the films in a direction C and continuously sticking adhesives 45 to both side parts of the second film 42 broader than the first film 41. The parts D slightly apart from each other across the central part are continuously melt-stuck to two pieces of wire forms by ultrasonic waves or by means of a heating iron and thereafter, the first and second films 41, 42 are thermally fusion cut in the central part and are cut in the central part. The cut parts are thermally fused. Next, the films 41, 42 fusion cut in the central part are cut at alternate long and two short dashes lines F, by which the display bands are obtd.</p> |
