<p>PURPOSE: To set automatically a channel position for detecting time-casting to a prescribed channel position for detecting time-casting by a channel preset operation. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 10 presets channel preset data of an area stored in an area dependent broadcast channel information storage means 5 to a channel position of a channel selection means 2 based on an area code entry by a preset operation means 3. Then channel selection data corresponding to the channel position stored in the time casting detection channel position storage means 4 are fed to a channel selection means 2, which selects a channel and an ON-signal is fed to a time-casting detection means 6, which is activated. When the time-casting detection means 6 detects a time-casting, the time-casting detection means 6 provides an output of a time-casting on-signal and the microcomputer 10 corrects the time of a clock means 3 of a video recording reservation device based on the signal.</p> |
