The invention relates to novel aromatic fluorine-con-taining organotin compounds of the formula {(F5C6RCO2SnBu2)2O}2 and {(F5C6RCO2SnBu)2} wherein R is CH2, CH=CH or a single bond between the phenyl ring and the CO2 group, and Bu is a butyl group; as well as to anti-tumour compositions containing as an active ingredient one or more of these compounds.
