<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating and noise insulating pipe suitable for the pipes for water service and gas service where the manufacturing is easy, and the structure is strong, and the heat insulating effect and the noise insulating effect can be remarkably improved. CONSTITUTION:A recess-grooved bar 4 is formed by bending erected edges on both ends of metallic sheets 3 of the prescribed number, the heat insulting and noise insulating material 5 is fitted in the recess-grooved bar 4 of each metallic sheet 3, the inner surface of the metallic sheet 3 is integrated with each other directly or through the metallic sheet to constitute the heat and noise insulating sheet.
