<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heater tab structure that is easy to be split by cutting, especially after assembly, relating to a heater structure for use in a color cathode-ray tube and the like. CONSTITUTION:This heater structure 12 has a heater tab 9 comprising a pair of heater fixing parts to which a pair of heater cores 2 have their legs welded and held and a connection to which the pair of heater fixing parts are connected, with a notch 15 formed in the connection of the heater tub 9 for splitting by cutting and with a board part 15 formed in a splitting part in such a manner as to be broader than the connection. Therefore, splitting the heater structure by cutting after assembly is facilitated, and an insulating layer covering the heater can be prevented from being cracked. Since the size of split pieces can be increased, the split pieces can be prevented from being scattered into and attaching to the heater structure. Also, since the heater structure can be split by chucking and twisting off the broad splitting part, scattering of the split pieces can be prevented and impact eliminated.</p> |
