摘要 PURPOSE:To dispense with conventional airtight film and intermediate film, and reduce cost by performing heat treatment after a fuel electrode and electrolyte are formed as films after an interconnector is formed as a film on a base body tube by flame spraying, and making the interconnector dense simultaneously with the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:An interconnector 22 is formed as a film on a base body tube 21 by a flame spraying method. A fuel electrode 23 is formed as a film on the base body tube 21 so that the part extends onto the interconnector 22. Afterwards, electrolyte 24 is formed as a film on the base body tube 21 and the fuel electrode 23. In succession, heat treatment is performed under conditions of 1300 deg.C and two hours, and the interconnector 22 and the electrolyte 24 are simultaneously made dense. Afterwards, an air electrode 25 is formed as a film on the electrolyte 24 and the interconnector 22, and a horizontally striped solid electrolyte fuel cell is obtained. Thereby, adverse influence is not exerted on cell performance even if physical properties change with the lapse of time at power generation time as seen so far.
