The structure for installing outer wall panels(1) on a lattice framework of building comprises waterproof members(12) attached between the side face of the panel frame(11) and the surface of the building framework, molded snap holders(13) fitted in the gaps between neighboring panel frames and fastened to the building framework by bolts(15), and snap fitting insert members(14) snap-received in the snap holders(13) to cover and seal the gaps between the panel frames for finishing the installation. The panels thus installed for walls prevents permeation of water through the gaps by the sealing effect of the insert members(14).
