PURPOSE: To provide a multi-cuvette rotor capable of lessening the unacceptable tendency where reactants are blended at a too early stage, and a sample or a reagent material flows out from one or more radial external filling ports during an accelerated rotor operation. CONSTITUTION: Each slender cuvette 30 internally has the first chamber zone for receiving the first reactant, a radial inner filling port 20 for introducing the first reactant to the first chamber zone 40, the second chamber zone 42 for receiving the second reactant, a radial external filling port 18 for introducing the second reactant to the second chamber zone 42, and a ramp surface having ramp raised part 54 isolated from the ceiling of the cuvette 30 so as to form a transfer passage between the first and the second chamber zones 40 and 42 where the first reactant flows in the second chamber zone 42 to form a reaction product with the second reactant. |
