PURPOSE:To provide a reinforcing fiber cutting device preventing such a phenomenon that reinforcing fibers are pulled to slip out of the gap between a rubber roll and a pinch roll even when the spray work of a molding resin is temporarily stopped and the leading end part of the arm of a robot is moved. CONSTITUTION:In a reinforcing fiber cutting device 50 consisting of the rubber roll 1 and pinch roll 2 supplying reinforcing fibers of a spray-up device used in the production of an FRP molded product and a rotary cutter 4 for cutting reinforcing fibers 40, a lock device preventing the play rotation of the rubber roll 1 when the spray-up device is stopped is provided.
