PURPOSE:To mold stably a mixture of high concentration by a construction wherein a plurality of rotary valves supplying a plurality of materials are connected hermetically to the inside of a cylinder having screws inserted thereinto and an additional material and a matrix material are mixed and kneaded in the cylinder which is provided with an air bleeder. CONSTITUTION:A rotary valve 2 is connected to a hopper 1 of a feeder AFD for an additional material and also connected hermetically to a cylinder 4 through a connecting pipe 3. Two screws 5 are inserted, in engagement with each other, into the cylinder 4 and the additional material supplied through the connecting pipe 3 is carried by the screws 5. Air and volatiles are exhausted from a vent hole 4b of the cylinder 4. A screw pitch is made small and a speed is slowed down at a compression part CP1 and the material is compressed therein so that the bulk density be increased. A feeder MFD for a matrix material is provided in succession to the feeder AFD and a construction is made in the same way as the above. The matrix material is compounded in prescribed ratios with the additional material carried from CP1 and they are mixed, dispersed and kneaded while heated by heaters 8 and 8', so as to be made a stable molded product. |
