PURPOSE:To realize a least cost routing(LCR) function which is the same as a fixed terminal by selecting the line of the relay company of a least charge based on two information of connection requirement and positional information. CONSTITUTION:A traveling object terminal 2 is provided with charge matrix data. Then, after calling from the traveling object terminal 2, connection requirement (1) from the traveling object terminal 2 is sent to an exchange 1 via a base station 3, the exchange 1 executes converting operation by identifying a call position from connection requirement (1) and present positional information (2) is sent back to the traveling object terminal 2 from the exchange 1. The traveling object knows an originating position from connection requirement (1) and an incoming number from positional information (2), selects the line of the relay company through the use of charge matrix data based on the two pieces of information and starts communication between with the fixed terminal 1a. Besides, a point different from an LCR function provided for the conventional fixed terminal is to automatically select the relay company through the use of not only information of a call originating terminal but also information of the exchange. |
