Disclosed is a door locking device capable of conveniently opening a door by easily unlocking a latch installed in the upper part by minimum rotation of a lever operating to open a sliding door and of having economic feasibility by improving convenience of assembly and productivity by simplifying a structure thereof. According to the present invention, the door locking device includes: a main body mounted on the sliding door; a stopper having a shaft hole corresponding to a through hole of the main body at the center; a pair of the latches in the upper and lower parts, which are connected to a fixing shaft in the upper part and the lower part of the main body to stop or rotate by the operation of the stopper; a coil spring assisting the rotation of the latch; a rotary body operating by being inserted into the shaft hole of the stopper; a handle having an operating pin connected to a square shaft hole of the rotary body; a cover closing an opening part of the main body; and a hanging unit fixing the door when a hanging rib of the latch is inserted and is hung on the same. A guide pin protrudes from the upper and lower parts of the through hole of the main body, and a guide hole is bored in the stopper to perform a linear motion after the guide pin is inserted into the guide hole. A coil spring is installed in the guide pin of the main body to provide elasticity when the stopper performs the linear motion. A hanging end is formed on one side of the inner circumference of the shaft hole of the stopper and the outer circumference of the rotary body, respectively, and a screw end is formed on the other end, in two or three uneven parts, wherein the uneven parts are in contact with each other. Step upper and lower hanging grooves are formed at the latch, and an upper end and a lower end of the stopper are in contact with the upper and lower hanging grooves. |
