<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a programmable control valve assembly having high reliability, high hermeticity and long life by simultaneously controlling the operation of a sealing control valve and the opening/closing process of the open state and close state of an operating valve to be operated simultaneously therewith. CONSTITUTION: This equipment includes a computer, a driving device 1, and a plurality of programmable control valve assemblies. Each programmable control valve assembly includes an operating valve 3 having a cavity for sealing control, an operation device 2, a sealing control valve 4 and a valve position detector 5. The sealing control valve 4 feeds a sealing control medium of different pressures into the sealing cavity of the operating valve 3 according to its open or closed position and the process of opening and closing the valve. As a result thereof, the force exerted by the sealing ring on the circumference of the valve core of the operating valve 3 is changed and consequently, the thus different sealing controls of the operating valve 3 induced by accompanying the different open states or close states of the operating valve 3 brings about the increase of the reliability and life of the valve.</p> |
