PURPOSE:To reduce a write time of program data by providing a function switching a transmission speed of input data at a high speed to an input section of the portable telephone set only when program data are written. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU recognizes a write request of program data from a personal computer 10 to an I/O section, a changeover circuit of the I/O section selects a transmission speed of input data from a usual 600bps into a high transmission speed 4.8kbps when the program is written. The program data are sent at the high speed of 4.8kbps immediately and a P/S conversion system 30 converts the data into serial data, which are inputted to a portable telephone set in which the data are converted into parallel data and written in a memory ROM. The program is written efficiently to each memory of n-sets of portable telephone sets with 1:n by connecting plural (n) output lines in parallel from one personal computer. |
