PURPOSE:To create a singular acoustic effect that a conventional audio effector can not generate although the circuit constitution is simple acoustic equipment. CONSTITUTION:This audio effector is equipped with plural audio signal processing parts 3a and 3b which are connected in parallel to audio input signals and processes the audio input signals as specified, plural attenuators 4a and 4b which are connected to the output terminals of the audio signal processing parts respectively and adjust the signal levels of the output signals of the audio signal processing parts, an adder which adds the output signals of the attenuators and sends the result as an audio output signal, and a mixing ratio control part 6 which monitors the signal levels of the audio input signals and varies and controls the attenuation quantities of the attenuators 4a and 4b so as to obtain a mixing ratio corresponding to the signal levels. |
