PURPOSE:To quickly execute an image formation process by completing the temperature control of a fixing device and the rising control of a scanner with the minimum power consumption. CONSTITUTION:As soon as a video controller 20 starts the reception of picture information to be inputted, an engine controller 18 controls the power supply to a fixing heater 8 and starts the setting of the desired fixing temperature. Until the temperature of the fixing heater 8 reaches the required one, the output information converted and outputted by a video controller 20 is stored in a buffer 20d in succession. Based on the state of getting the fixing temperature, the output information stored in the buffer 20d is outputted to a laser 24 in succession. |
