PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive material wide in range of development, possible to obtain an image high in density and free from unevenness of coloring, free from surface stain or film remaining of a middle layer in a non-image part and tight in adhesion of an image with a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer containing (A) a vinylpolymer compound expressed by a formula, (B) an alkali soluble resin and (C) an aromatic diazonium salt is provided on the plastic supporting body and the ratio of the component (A) to the total weigh of (A) and (B) is <=50% and >=25%. In the formula, R is hydrogen atom, hydroxy group, carboxyl group, alkyl group, alkoxy group, allyl group, nitro group, amino group or halogen atom and X is 5-50, Y is 5-85 and Z is 10-60 in the ratio of copolymerization. |
