LID FOR VEHICLE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY

摘要

The lid 16A covers an opening of a container 18 accommodating an air bag 20. On deployment of the air bag, the lid pushed open by the air bag towards the windshield 28. The lid has a portion 30 which is bendable on contact of the lid with the windscreen to ensure full deployment of the bag. The bend able portion may be provided by a perforated or grooved area in the lid.
