PURPOSE:To make printing duty of a printer favorable by the tiny printer, by a method wherein a radiator for releasing outside the generated heat of a dot head body of a printing member and a carriage body for moving a printing member are molded integrally. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum is mixed into polyacetal for integration so that a radiation effect and mechanical strength are held and a radiator 101 is made. A head part 2 holding a driving mechanism of a printing wire by a wire operated by an operating plate through magnetomotive force to be generated by electrifying a coil. After the integrated radiator 101 is fitted with the head part, a fitting screw 6 of a tapping screw is tightened up in the direction of an arrow (b) through a fitting hole 4 and fixed. Although high heat is generated on a head part 2 fitted like this to increase an electrification number of time to the coil to improve printing duty, the heat is transmitted to the integrated radiator 101 for radiation. In the integrated radiator 101, since a surface area is increased more than a conventional one, much radiation of heat becomes possible. |
