<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously mass-produce a young seedling of a cyclamen by culturing and proliferating an adventitious bud tissue formed from a part of the cyclamen in a liquid culture medium, then cutting the resultant adventitious bud tissue, rearing and rooting the prepared adventitious bud in a liquid culture medium. CONSTITUTION:An adventitious bud tissue partially formed from a plant body of a cyclamen is cultured in a liquid culture medium to proliferate the adventitious bud tissue, which is subsequently cut to provide an adventitious bud. The resultant adventitious bud is then reared and rooted in a liquid culture medium to produce a young seedling of the cyclamen.</p> |
