<p>PURPOSE:To provide a dry dehumidifying device having high dehumidifying efficiency and reduced in heat loss. CONSTITUTION:Air to be treated is cooled by a cooler 13 to be introduced into a dehumidifying treatment zone 11a to receive dehumidifying treatment by a rotor 11. Regenerating air is cooled by a cooler 14 to be supplied to a purge zone lid and a first regeneration treatment zone 11b to pass through the rotor 11. The regenerating air passing through the first regeneration treatment zone 11b is heated by a heat exchanger 16 and a regenerating heater 15 and introduced into a second regeneration treatment zone 11c desorb the adsorbed moisture of the rotor 11 to regenerate the rotor 11. Purge gas passes through the rotor 11 immediately before the dehumidifying treatment zone 11a and cools the rotor 11 heat in the regeneration process to enhance adsorption efficiency.</p> |
