发明名称 METHOD FOR IMPROVING CORRORSION RESISTANCE OF WELDING PART OF THROUGH TUBE TO CONTAINER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the repair and soundness of prevention and so forth of leakage in the neighborhood of a welded part by forming a corrorsion-resisting clad layer on the inside surface of a through tube to a container. CONSTITUTION:The inside surface of the through tube 3 to the container is coated with sintering metallic powder in a coating range beyond the range of the welded part 5. A heating means is inserted suitably into the inner part of the through tube 3 to the container, a tube position coated with the sintering metallic powder is heated in helium atmosphere, a clad welding wherein the sintering metallic powder is melted is performed to form a corrorsion-resisting metallic clad layer 8. When a defect part has been generated on the tube wall in the neighborhood of the welded part 5, the tube wall is blocked in the thickness direction and when leakage phenomenon is generated, the leakage is stopped. The range of the blockage is wider than the welded part 5 and since the corrorsion-resisting metallic clad layer 8 is interleaved on the inside surface of the tube wall, corrorsion resistance is improved and improvement of corrorsion resistance is expected to the neighborhood of the welded part 5 on the outside surface of the tube wall, too.
