<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of sludge to a contact material in the contact material immersed in waste water to be treated and treating waste water by bonded bacteria. CONSTITUTION:A yarn material obtained by the mixed spinning of usual cotton 1, thermally shrunk cotton 2 and thermally welded cotton 3 is heat-treated to obtain a contact material. The yarn material becomes bulky by this heat treatment and many fine gaps can be formed and the adhesion of sludge is markedly enhanced.</p> |
