<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thick film component in which adverse influence of organic solvent to a human body is eliminated and which has stable characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a thick film component, comprises the steps of adding heat curable resin to ceramic or metal powder to form paste, printing, then curing the paste on a ceramic board 11, and then baking it. Since organic solvent is not scattered and uniform film quality can be formed even by lap coat printing, the component provided on the board 1 having stable characteristics can be provided.</p> |
