PURPOSE:To exclude a speech fault and to utilize a transmission channel effectively by reducing a disturbing wave caused by intermodulation of a transmission frequency signal sent by a voltage controlled oscillator of each transmitter whose number is equal to number of slave sets built in a master set in the case of talking among plural slave sets in the cordless telephone system. CONSTITUTION:At least two stages or over of attenuators 31, 32 or 41, 42 each comprising resistors connected in m-shape are interposed between stages of transistor(TR) amplifiers by taking it into account, of each gain of the TR amplifiers 11-14 or 21-24 connecting in cascade in multi-stages with a post stage of a voltage controlled oscillator VCO 10 or 20 and of a final stage output level based on a reverse attenuation with respect to a transmission frequency from the VCO 10 to the VCO 20 or vice versa in an RF stage of each transmitter.
