PURPOSE:To optimize the functions of a high-performance water reducing agent adopted for increasing the strength of cement paste and fine particles such as silica Hume, and to obtain a hydraulic compound, in which water and air gaps are reduced and which displays high strength, high durability and high dimensional stability, by considering the properties of cement used while devising a kneading method. CONSTITUTION:10-15wt.% water is added to cement and agitated at low speed in order to coat a cement particle 1 with fine particles 2. A high-performance water reducing agent and residual water are added, and stirred for several min at low speed, and agitation is suspended for several min. Aggregate 14 is added, and agitated at high speed until a hydraulic compound is brought to a liquefied state from a powdered state, and agitation is returned to low speed when the compound is brought to the liquefied state, and the compound is stirred for sevral min (a third agitation stage). Sufficient adhesion with aggregate 4 is displayed by a hydration reaction on the surface section of the cement particle 1 covered with fine particles 2. |
