PURPOSE:To prolong an operating time by limiting a running speed command in proportion to an input voltage at the time of the input voltage drop of an inverter controller accompanying a battery voltage drop during service interruption. CONSTITUTION:The rated speed of a motor 1 is considered as N1; a voltage drop by a wiring between inverter 2 and motor 1, as V2; and an inverter input voltage necessary for outputting the rated primary voltage of an engine, as V3. In the operation by a battery 4 during service interruption, an inverter input voltage V4 is detected by a voltage detector 7 and a computing element 8 calculates the maximum running speed signal N2 by the equation. A signal preferrer 11 gives the inverter 2 the smaller one out of the preset speed signal 10 from a speed setter 5 and the maximum running speed signal (N2) as speed signal. As a result, a motor exciting current can be maintained at a constant value and an operating time can be prolonged. |
