<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the omission of inspection by applying the constitution wherein an engineering work station(EWS) sends an instruction to each part for sequential inspection from a terminal unit to an upstream unit on the basis of database available from all operation units having the EWS and all controllers. CONSTITUTION:EWS 7 is made to have an ID number for each of all operation units 1a to 2n and all controllers 3 to 5, and a list showing a relationship between each ID number, as database. On the basis of the database, the EWS 7 instructs the first operation units 1a to 1d, and 2a to 2c to output signals corresponding to the ID numbers of operation units via a master controller 5, sub-controllers 4 and unit controllers 3. The EWS further checks whether there is any response to the outputted signals. This procedure is sequentially performed from a terminal unit to an upstream unit.</p> |
