PURPOSE:To accurately judge a step out a servo system by storing a second allowing value for correcting, in response to a speed of a stepping motor, a first allowing value to be referred at the time of comparing a monitored value with a sensor value, in a table so as to judge a stepout. CONSTITUTION:In an abnormality processing routine, a STEP25 is added to a section 1 so as to accurately judge a stepout. That is, with an allowed value as a map it is obtained from a stored table. In the table, the allowed value is increased as an operating speed of a stepping motor is increased. Thus, even if a sensor value is delayed and a difference between the sensor value and a monitored value is increased larger than an actual value, the allowed value is increased that much, and hence possibility of erroneous judgement is small. Since the delay of the sensor value is reduced if the speed of the motor is low, the difference between the sensor value and the monitored value becomes substantially accurate value as compared with the actual value, and even if the allowed value is small, an erroneous judgement is eliminated. |
