PURPOSE:To facilitate change operation by eliminating a differential pressure adjusting valve for controlling a differential pressure between a fuel call vessel and a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A fuel cell I is stored in a vessel 4. After an unconverted component in anode outlet gas in the fuel cell I is burned by oxygen in cathode outlet gas, the gas is cooled through a heat exchanger to decrease a temperature, boosted by a low temperature recycle blower 31 to join with air A and supplied to a cathode 2. Gas of low temperature, boosted by this blower 31, is partly supplied into the vessel 4 of the fuel cell I so as to balance a pressure of the vessel 4 with a pressure of the cathode 2. |
