PURPOSE:To achieve a high speed for discriminating a bad or good state by setting the discriminating level for the color of a sample based on the result of learning, discriminating the color of the sample based on the information with regard to the inputted color, and outputting the result of the discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A part of the light from a light source 1 is converted into 7 into the digital value through an optical fiber 1 and a tristimulus-value sensor 3. The light emitted from the light source 1 is applied to a sample 4. The reflected light is converted 8 into the digital value through an optical fiber 5 and a tristimulus-value sensor 6. In an operating part 9, the outputs of the A/D converters 7 and 8 and the reference color of the tristimulus value which is stored in a memory 10 are operated. The tristimulus value of the sample is outputted into a neuron computer 12. In the computer 12, the difference between the tristimulus values of the reference value and the learning sample is putted, and the good or bad state is discriminated. In a control part 11, the display signal is outputted into a quality display device 14, and the operating signals from a learning button 15 and an initializing button 16 are inputted. |
