PURPOSE:To make it possible to sublimate easily with quantity of heat to be applied at thermal transfer recording and obtain excellent hue having high density by using a compound to be expressed by a specific structural formula as a dye for cyanogen hue. CONSTITUTION:A compound to be expressed by a general formula 1 or a general formula 2 is used as a dye for cyanogen hue. In the formulas, X<1> represents halogen atom and X<2> represents hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxyl group, halogen atom, alkylcarbonylamino group or perfluoroalkyl group. R<1>, R<2> respectively represent alkyl group, phenyl group, perfluoroalkyl group, or alkyl group of substitution of halogen, and phenyl group with halogen atom or alkyl group. R<3> represents alkyl group and R<4> represents alkyl group, alkoxyl group or perfluoroalkyl group. n represents integer of 1 or above. |
