PURPOSE:To manufacture hard laminated metal plate by obtaining a thermally adhesive laminated film using a laminated film based on a specific polyamide as a lining layer on a PET layer of a surface layer. CONSTITUTION:The subject film is composed of a surface layer of a PET layer and a lining layer of a polyamide-base laminated film layer. PET is a polymer consisting of terephthalic acid and ethyleneglycol. the polyamide-based three-tier film of the lining layer is manufactured by forming modified polyolefin for the outer layer and the inner layer and amorphous polyamide for the intermediate layer respectively, using concurrent three-layer extrusion molding technique. The recommended base polyolefin of modified polyolefin is low-density polyethylene, and modified olefin is obtained by allowing graft reaction of polyolefin with unsaturated carboxylic acid. The amorphous polyamide is composed of a polyamide mixture of aliphatic diamine, isophthalic acid and aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. |
