PURPOSE:To manufacture the above laminated spiral pipe difficult to rust and having high strength and high deformability. CONSTITUTION:A laminated spiral pipe 10 is manufactured in such a manner that a strip, in which a core material composed of a steel plate is covered with a coating material consisting of a synthetic resin, is prepared, a plurality of said strips are wound spirally and the internal layer side strip 11 and an external layer side strip 12 are mutually laminated partially so as to cover the edge seaming section of the strip 11 with the strip 12 and bonded. A guide body forming the same shaft as the pipe shaft of a pipe to be manufactured is arranged along the inwall of said pipe to be manufactured, a plurality of said strips 11, 12 are brought to a laminated state partially, and fed around said guide body at a fixed incident angle to the shaft of said guide body while an interposing material interposed between said internal layer side strip 11 and said guide body is fed at a position where the internal layer side strip 11 is sent in, the laminated sections of these strips are heat-fused mutually while being spirally molded, and previously molded spiral pipes are forwarded successively along said guide body. |
