1. An agent for use in preparing black phosphate coatings, based on phosphate ions PO4<-3>, zinc ZN<2+> ions, nitrate NO3<-> ions, manganese Mn<2+> ions and containing iron Fe<2+> ions, and nickel Ni<2+> ions with copper Cu<2+> ions, wherein the phosphate ions are present at a quantity in the range 200-250 g/dm<3> as P2O5, while the quantity of the manganese ions is in the range 60-90 g/dm<3>, zinc ions in the range 5-10 g/dm<3>, nitrate ions in the range 20-35 g/dm<3>, a total of nickel ions with copper ions in the range 0.5-1.7 g/dm<3>, and iron ions Fe<2+> in the range from 1 to 3 g/dm<3>.
