摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness of aromatic polyester fibers to matrix resins by irradiating the aromatic polyester fibers with an UV ray pulse laser having a specific wavelength to form fine projections and depressions each having a specific distance and a specified width in the right angle direction to the axis of the fiber. CONSTITUTION:Aromatic polyester fibers are irradiated with an UV ray pulse laser having a wavelength of <=380nm to form fine projections and depressions having a distance of 0.6-3mum between the projection and the adjacent projection and a projection width of 0.1-0.8mum on the fibers, thereby permitting to improve the adhesiveness of the fibers to rubbers and matrix resins and largely improve the depth of a dyed color (when dyed). |
