PURPOSE:To facilitate molding of a transparent test model in a short time and inexpensively, by a method wherein the transparent test model is molded by making use of a casting mold of a casing for trial production to investigate movement of a liquid within the casing. CONSTITUTION:The other gas leaking positions 9, 10 of a pair of molds 1, 2 to be used for casting molding of a metallic material constituting a casing area sealed with a sealer except for their casting position 7. Then a mold release film 15 is applied to cavity surfaces 3, 4 and mold making where those molds are integrated by joining to each other is performed. Then a transparent resin material is cast into the cavities of the molds, heated and cured, through which a test model is molded. The mold release film 15 is removed from the surface of the demolded test model, then liquid transparent resin 18 is applied to its surface and the test model W is finished transparently. With this construction, the test model can be made transparent completely and movement of a liquid on the inside is visually confirmed and achieved thoroughly, which can be provided for concept of a design. |
