PURPOSE:To obtain the subject bottle excellent in heat resistance and transparency by injection molding a filler-containing saturated polyester into a perform of a plug part, then injection molding the saturated polyester into a perform forming a body part and a bottom part using another molding machine and blow molding the performs. CONSTITUTION:A saturated polyester 20 and a filler-containing saturated polyester 22 are supplied respectively to the first injection molding machine 21 and the second injection molding machine 23. The filler-containing polyester 22 is injected in a mold 24 to form a perform of a plug part 2 and the saturated polyester 20 is then injected in a mold 24 to form a perform 5 constituting a body part 3 and a bottom part 4 of a bottle 1. The resultant performs 5 are subjected to blow molding, thus obtaining the objective bottle 1 having the plug part 2 composed of an unstretched filler-containing saturated polyester containing 40-99.9 pts.wt. saturated polyester and 0.1-60 pts.wt. filler, the body part 3 composed of a stretched saturated polyester and the bottom part 4 composed of an unstretched or stretched saturated polyester. |
