<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a chip resistor which can replace one resistor for two resistors or replace for a chip jumper which can connect three wirings by providing at least one electrode between two electrodes provided at both ends of a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:This resistor comprises a substrate that both ends of a substrate 4 are provided with electrodes 1 and 3 and its center with an electrode 2, a resistor film 6 interposed between them, and this film coated with a passivation film 5. A thick film substrate loaded with this chip substrate can replace one chip resistor for two chip resistors by being provided with electrode patterns which are laminates of chip resistor electrodes 1, 2, and 3. Further, printing conductor films of small resistance value in place of resistor films 6 between electrodes 1, 2 and electrodes 2, 3 provides a chip jumper having three electrodes.</p> |
