<p>PURPOSE:To produce a joint sheet having extremely improved stress relaxation without adhesion to a cooling roll, by making a sliding material exist on the surface side of a joint sheet comprising base fibers except asbestos and a rubber material, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of base fibers comprising inorganic fibers except asbestos and/or organic fibers, a rubber material, a rubber chemical and a filler is inserted to a pair of rolls composed of a hot roll and a cooling roll in such a way that a sliding material exists at least on the surface facing to the cooling roll, heated, rolled, the composition is laminated in a sheetlike state to the hot roll and then the laminate is peeled to give the objective joint sheet. Fine particle calcium carbonate having 10-30mmu particle diameter and about 50-60m<2>/g specific surface area is used as the sliding material.</p> |
